RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nanjil Nangai, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We take great care in ensuring product quality and accurate descriptions.
OUR COMMITMENT:
We only offer returns or exchanges in specific circumstances where there's an issue on our end:
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a different item than what you ordered.
For any other reason, including a change of mind, slight color variations, or sizing issues where accurate measurements were provided, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, including size charts and descriptions, carefully before making a purchase.
REPORTING ISSUES (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS):
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately:
- Reporting Window: You must notify us at support@nanjilnangai.in within 24 hours of delivery. This tight timeframe is crucial for us to raise claims with our courier partners.
- Required Information: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
Please understand that certain items are inherently non-returnable or non-exchangeable for the following reasons:
- Hygiene & Safety: Any personal care items or products where the seal has been broken, or items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used.
- Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor settings and photographic lighting, the color of the product you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. These minor discrepancies are not considered a defect and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sizing & Fit: We provide detailed size charts and measurements in each product description. It's the customer's responsibility to review these carefully before purchasing. Items that do not fit as expected based on the provided measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
REFUNDS (APPLICABLE ONLY FOR APPROVED DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS):
- Processing Time: Refunds for approved damaged or incorrect items are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the issue has been verified by our team.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
