SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for choosing Nanjil Nangai! We pour love into every order, making sure your products arrive safely and soundly.

ORDER PROCESSING:

We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days (that's Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get an email or message with all your tracking details.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA:

We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders across India as part of our launch! We use trusted courier partners to get your goodies to you.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 working days after dispatch, or possibly even earlier.

While we always aim for speedy delivery, please understand that actual times can sometimes vary due to courier delays, local disruptions, or even Mother Nature.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & MISSED DELIVERIES:

Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and accessible. If a delivery can't be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, a re-shipping fee might apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS:

We take great care in packing each product securely to prevent damage. If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please:

  • Take photos and refuse the delivery, OR
  • Accept it with remarks and contact us immediately at support@nanjilnangai.in within 24 hours.

If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it. Delays in reporting might affect our ability to file a claim with the courier.

DURING FESTIVALS & SALES:

During peak sale periods or festive seasons, dispatch and delivery might take a little longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and support during these busy times!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we're actively working on bringing Nanjil Nangai to our international customers! Stay tuned to our Instagram page for updates.
